MIDA created the Utah Data Center Project Area in March 2010 to facilitate the development of offsite improvements to the project area that includes 235 acres at Camp Williams.

Continue to support and facilitate the successful operations of the Utah Data Center.

Public benefits include the creation of new employment opportunities and the increased tax base of the State and surrounding communities. In addition, the construction of the infrastructure and improvements outside the Project Area are of benefit to the Project Area.
